Andrea joined CRL as a postdoctoral fellow in March 2025. His past research targeted the dynamics modeling of continuum parallel robot. As a CRL postdoc, he will focus his work on continuum parallel robots addressing their control and state estimation.

Andrea earned his Ph.D. in Robotics Engineering from École Centrale Nantes, France in 2024. He obtained his master in Robotics Engineering from a joint program between Centrale Nantes and the University of Genoa in 2021. Before that, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2019 from the University of Genoa, Italy.
